This project is a highly customized theme for the Hexo static site generator, designed to replicate the nostalgic look and feel of the Windows 98 desktop environment. It transforms a standard personal blog into a fully interactive, retro-style operating system experience, built entirely with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
